Abstract
The purpose of this document is to assist council in its decision-making on the future use of the 5.1 hectares of "Smart Subdivision" land. It further develops the previous submission included within the staff report (pages 59-62) and gives more information on the three topics previously covered: 1) Strategic, Planning and Policy Context; 2) Principles of Reserve Design relating to Ecological Values; 3) Effects of different development options on water quality.
