Assessment of Apple Juice by Aquaphotomics in a Temperature Dependent Environment

Abstract

Aquaphotomics and extended multiplicative scatter correction (EMSC) combined with partial least squares regression (PLSR) of near infrared spectra were investigated to predict apple juice brix at different temperatures. Biases reduced to insignificant level.
