dc.description.abstractWhat would it take to create a tertiary institution that valued wellbeing second only to education? It would require a fully distributed, comprehensive, personalisable wellbeing programme with institution-wide buy-in and appropriate funding. We have the technology. Wellbeing science is improving all the time. We could do it, but institutional barriers and moral issues would have to be worked through.en_NZ
