dc.description.abstract | Ever wondered how many of your students attempt or complete their readings? Ever worried that when students do attempt the readings that they fail to remember or even understand the important points? If we are to implement a flipped approach to our teaching, then we need our students to be able to read complex texts independently. I will discuss a strategy that I use in my philosophy classes to train students into becoming independent readers, and encourage them to complete all of the reading set for the class. | |
